Photography

Andy's 2D work is photography. This is predominantly Black and White, where removing colour results in greater emphasis on things like the form, pattern, structure, composition, tonality and storytelling. In 2023, Andy was awarded the Best Image Trophy in the 52nd Wessex Colour Group inter-club competition (a.k.a. "The Wessex Battle") for "The Rocket That Fell To Earth". The images were judged by Professor Paul Hill MBE and Maria Falconer FRPS. Tap on an image below to see more examples.
